The Icon Awards were created by a global team at Microsoft to celebrate internal employees and recognize exemplary work across a team of communicators and community. After years of executing this event virtually, this was an opportunity to create a truly memorable in person experience with an immersive environment by rebranding the awards and creating custom design elements showcased through print & digital media. The space was also enhanced with large, fabricated décor lining the red-carpet entrance.
